Billing Phone number issue
Your order with  Happy Vaper has been held due to a Billing Phone number issue. Your bank has indicated to us that the Billing Phone number you have provided does not match their records and they have flagged this transaction. Please reply back to this with the correct Billing phone number.
Your RMA number is: 

This number is valid for 7 days ONLY if the item is being returned for a refund or exchange. This means the product must be received at the point of destination within 7 days. Any RMAs received after the 7 days WILL be refused or credited with a re-stock fee.

The product may be shipped or delivered to the address provided. If you choose to ship, please ship via a courier that has a reliable tracking system. The package MUST be traceable.

Please follow the rules below when shipping products to us to avoid any refusal of shipments:
1. For refunds, please make sure that all original equipment is shipped with the product, this includes manuals, cables, adapters, boxes and anything you received with the product.

For exchanges, please only ship back the defective product. Do NOT send accessories or adapters.

2. When shipping packages, please make sure that the original packaging is not damaged, in other words, make sure that it is properly wrapped so that the box is not ruined. If it is damaged, this may result in a restocking charge as the item is not in resalable condition. Please send all parts in either corrugated boxes or in an envelope with bubble wrap. Do not write on the packaging, manuals or on the product itself otherwise the product will be refused. Any parts damaged during shipping will NOT be replaced as physical damage is not covered under your warranty.

3. Please do not send any product COD. Collect charges will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the shipping. Package MUST be PREPAID.

4. Please only ship items we have requested. If you fail to do so, any other parts will be considered defective, and there will be no way of obtaining any products that were sent along with your shipment.

5. Please do not send your invoice, as it is not required. Also, do not send notes with the package. If you have further information to provide, please either email us at support@happyvaper.com with your RMA# or, come in on our Live Chat feature between the hours of 10am - 3pm and 7pm - 10pm, so we can pass along the information.

Please make sure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the shipping label.

Warranty and Returns

Happy Vaper guarantees our starter kits and replacement parts for 14 days against DOA (Dead On Arrival) and defects. 

If you experience a problem, please try the following:

  1. Take a look at our Knowledgebase. It may have the solution to your problem.
  2. Contact us via support@happyvaper.com , or through our "Live Chat / Contact Us" button on our website, and let us know what the problem is.  We may have suggestions on how to resolve your issue.
  3. If we can’t resolve the problem, we will ask you to mail the part back to us at your expense. Once we have received and verified the part to be defective, we will mail out a replacement at our expense.
  4. Please note: If the product received is determined to be non-defective, return shipment costs will be at your expense. So, please make sure to contact us and let us assist in troubleshooting the issue before you send in a product for warranty replacement.
  5. If you don’t want to wait for us to receive and verify, please go ahead and place a regular order for a replacement (this order will be billed as usual). Let us know and, once we have received and verified the defective product, we will put a credit on your account for the cost of the replacement instead of shipping you a new part.
If you've simply ordered the wrong item(s), and you'd like to return them for a credit on your account, or exchange for the correct item(s), please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements.

Please note that we cannot take back carts, liquid, or DIY supplies for hygienic reasons.  For credit or exchange, items being returned must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (in resellable condition). Happy Vaper does not sell used products.
